MIAMI’S RISING OPERATIC STARS
Curtain Up – Miami’s Rising Operatic Stars is a benefit concert featuring Magic City Opera. These artists will provide a variety of Operatic treats and there will be a special performance by Graham Fandrei. This is our third annual Curtain Up concert and each of our previous concerts provided a wonderful experience to the many people who attended.
All proceeds and donations benefit Project Hope – Ixchiguan a ministry of Christ the King Lutheran Church which helps to financially support the education of children living in an impoverished mountain region in Guatemala. These children and their families are highly motivated to obtain an education and Project Hope Ixchiguan gives them a helping hand. The fund has been in existence for more than 15 years as a shared ministry with the founders at Hope Lutheran Church in Michigan. Many children remain on a waiting list to receive support.
Please join us for an unforgettable evening of music and vocal performances! Tickets are only $25.The doors open at 7:00 pm with pre-concert wine and post-performance light refreshments. You will have the opportunity to meet the artists at the reception.
